October arrives and everything changes color! The trees begin to turn yellow and brown and everything has a much warmer and more mysterious air. It's the perfect time to go out and have fun with the little ones and plan activities that allow us to enjoy and collect those beautiful moments that will always be remembered. Do you want us to tell you about the ideas we have prepared to welcome autumn with children? Take note:
1. Trip to a pumpkin patch: October is Halloween month, and a visit to a pumpkin patch can be an exciting experience for children. Let your children choose their own pumpkins to carve and decorate at home; if you're keen cooks, you can even use these pumpkins to make a cake together.

2. Spooky movie night: We know it. Kids love the feeling of watching vampires, mummies, or little monsters. Look for age-appropriate movies with some "scary" characters. Prepare popcorn, blankets... and enjoy! Some of our favorite scary movies for kids are: Monsters Inc., The Little Vampire, Casper, or Ghostbusters.
3. Halloween decoration: Let your creativity soar! Help your children decorate the house for Halloween. They can make crafts such as paper bats, ghosts, and cardboard spiders to hang around the house.

4. Cooking Day: Preparing seasonal recipes is a great way to spend time together. Our favorite autumnal recipes include pumpkin-shaped cookies, apple pie, or pumpkin soup.

5. Forest excursion: Take advantage of how beautiful the countryside is in autumn and go for a walk. You can collect colorful leaves, observe nature, and enjoy a picnic in the middle of nature.

6. Costume party at home: Organize a costume party at home to celebrate Halloween. Let your children choose their costumes and enjoy games and treats.

7. Visit an apple orchard: October is also apple season. Visit an apple orchard where they can pick fresh apples and enjoy activities like tractor rides or insect hunts.
8. Autumn crafts day: Gather supplies like dried leaves, pinecones, and branches to make autumn crafts. They can create garlands, decorative pictures, or autumn wreaths for the door.
Which activity do you think your kids will love the most? Let's experience October! Have a wonderful month with your family!
