The beach is one of the star plans of summer. Today we leave you some tips you should keep in mind if you are going to the beach with children

Come on, grab your swimsuits, towels, and umbrellas, the beach is waiting for us! The coming weeks are a great time to hit the beach with the kids, but to fully enjoy it, you need to take certain precautions. We know that many parents feel uncertain and anxious about spending a day at the beach with children, but with these tips, you can make the experience safe and fun in equal measure:

-        Sun: If you're with children, you should avoid the middle of the day and prolonged exposure to the sun. In addition, you should include umbrellas or canopies in your beach kit to help protect yourselves from the sun. You can also add some sun protection t-shirts or swimsuits for the little ones to avoid direct impact.

-        Sunscreen: Always SPF 50, and it is recommended to reapply every two hours or after getting out of the water.

-        Identification: Who hasn't worried about their child getting lost in a crowd? The ideal solution is to put a waterproof bracelet on them with the parents' phone number written on it. This way, whoever finds them can call you and locate you quickly.

-        Hydration: Essential for beach days. Come prepared with cold water and complete the pack with fruit in Tupperware containers. Watermelon or melon are ideal in these cases because they contain a lot of water and will help maintain good hydration levels.

-        Sunglasses: It's a good idea for the little ones to get used to wearing sunglasses for protection. The reflection of water, salt, and sand are not a good combination for eyesight, so regardless of their age, opt for sunglasses.

-        Lifeguard post: Don't set up too far from the lifeguard station so that if there's any problem, they can attend to you quickly.

-        Inflatables and floats: Avoid using these products, especially on days with strong waves, as the sea current can quickly carry them away.

And you, what guidelines do you follow when going to the beach with children?
