Terms and conditions of purchase

These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between:


and its Internet customers (hereinafter "the customer").

Before carrying out any transaction, the customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of and accepts these conditions from the moment he/she clicks on the Accept button.

Special conditions of sale

The customer acknowledges being aware, at the time of placing the order, of the special conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price components, weight, quantity, colour, product details, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialise the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, which are only applicable to the order.


The customer places the order by clicking on the "Buy now" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the cart button at the top of the page and clicking on "FINISH PURCHASE".

Confirmation of purchase

INJUSA confirms acceptance of your purchase to the customer via email. The sale will not be finalised until the purchase is confirmed by INJUSA.

In case of bank transfer, you will receive an email to the address provided as confirmation of the order, but not the purchase, with the bank details of INJUSA. The transfer must be made and sent proof of transfer within a maximum period of 24 hours, otherwise you will lose the right to purchase the item and must process the order again.

INJUSA reserves the right not to confirm an order for any specific reason such as product supply, a problem related to the order received (e.g.: illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem concerning delivery. INJUSA will inform the customer.

The ownership of the goods will not be fully transferred until the company INJUSA receives the sums due by the customer.

Terms of delivery of orders

The customer will receive the goods in less than eight working days in national territory and fifteen days in international territory, from the confirmation of the order by INJUSA to the customer. INJUSA reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries will be made only in the countries included in the drop-down of the purchase process.

INJUSA reserves the right not to send certain products outside the Peninsular area due to excess volume and will duly indicate this in the product information section. Delivery is at the customer's expense and the price will be indicated on the invoice, as well as the additional cost of shipping with excess weight or volume.

Shipments to the Canary Islands: the customer agrees to pay the customs costs.

INJUSA undertakes to deliver within a maximum of 8 working days within the Spanish mainland and 15 working days for deliveries to international territories, Balearic and Canary Islands, although shipments within the peninsula is usually about 3 - 4 working days and abroad 7 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date on which it will be available again or we will propose an equivalent substitute product within that period. 


All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT (except for international sales, which is the final price + shipping costs). The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by INJUSA. Payment for products and services is made by credit card in a secure environment of our supplier's server (Bankinter); by bank transfer or Paypal. The charge on the customer's credit card will be made in euros 2 days after acceptance of the order by INJUSA. INJUSA retains ownership of the products until the customer pays the price of the products and services in full.

Product data sheet

The photographs showing the products are provided for information purposes only. The texts accompanying these photographs are reproductions of the information given on the packaging or in the instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The colour of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual colour of the product.

In the "OUTLET" area it is indicated that the items are available while stocks last. 

Terms of payment

The ordered products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), bank transfer or PayPal.

Security of private information (National Commission on Information Technology and Freedom)

INJUSA is obliged to protect your private information. Personal information collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to anyone (or any third party).

Information requested

By placing orders through the site www.injusa.com, you consent to the use by INJUSA of personal data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. This information (names, e-mail address, postal address, credit card number with expiry date, etc.) is necessary for us to process your orders.

Security of personal data

Orders (containing your account information) are sent via a secure server. The security software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. In addition, message transmissions are protected against unauthorised access by third parties.

Intellectual Property

When connecting to the Internet site created by INJUSA, owner of all intellectual property rights of the same, the customer may not copy or download all or part of its contents, without prior express permission of INJUSA.

Return policy


In accordance with the wording of art. 71 of the Consumer Law, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the order, without any apparent reason.

INJUSA will proceed to reimburse the full amount of the order placed by the consumer, unless the customer wishes INJUSA to take care of the collection of the products, in which case the return costs will be borne by the customer, except when the decision to return is the result of a non-conformity or a proven warranty problem. In this case, INJUSA will proceed to exchange or refund the defective or non-conforming products free of charge.

The withdrawal can be formulated in writing by sending an email to [email protected] or a letter to Industrial Juguetera S.A. (Injusa), Avda. Azorin, 20. 03440 Ibi- Alicante.

As far as possible the products should be sent back in their original packaging to the address indicated on the return delivery note that will be provided to the customer. If the products are not returned in their original packaging, they may suffer a depreciation in value in accordance with the provisions of art. 68 et seq. of the Consumer Law. 

Upon receipt and verification of the products, INJUSA will reimburse the customer for the totality of the returned goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Return processing

We remind the consumer that after the 14 (fourteen) calendar days of withdrawal, no return will be accepted, except when the decision to return is the result of a manufacturing defect or a proven warranty problem. In this case, INJUSA will proceed to exchange or refund the defective or non-conforming products free of charge.

INJUSA will accept the return of those customers who have exercised the right of withdrawal within fourteen calendar days following receipt of the product and without date limit for those products in which a hidden defect is found. The customer who declares that the product received suffers from a hidden defect, must return it to INJUSA. In the case of non-conformity with the product or a defect of the same, INJUSA reserves the right to proceed to a contradictory expertise.  

If the products sent are incomplete or damaged, INJUSA reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, INJUSA will reimburse the customer for the full amount of the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Methods of return

To make a return, please contact our Customer Service Department beforehand. The products must be in their original condition. Under these conditions, the customer may receive a refund (if applicable) for the entire order.

You have two ways of return:

1. INJUSA makes the collection at your home, in which case the costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund of the order. The customer will be informed in advance of the cost of collection.

2. You can return the goods by your own means, thus bearing the cost of return. In this case, you must request it by email: [email protected]

The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the goods.
