Shipping and Returns Policy

1 / Terms of delivery of orders

The customer will receive the goods in less than eight working days from the confirmation of the order by INJUSA customer. INJUSA reserves the right to use any means necessary to make the delivery of the products to the address specified by the customer. Deliveries shall be made only in the countries included in the drop-down of the purchasing process.
INJUSA reserves the right to not ship certain products outside Spain by excess volume and will duly indicate this in the product information section. Delivery borne by the customer and shall be informed of the price on the invoice, as well as additional expenditure resulting from shipments with excess weight or volume.

2 / Delivery times

Deliveries will be made within a maximum of 8 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and we will confirm the date that it will again be available or propose you an equivalent replacement product. Delivery borne by the customer and shall be informed of the price on the invoice.


3 / Costs of delivery and receipt of orders

The cost of the expenses of delivery will depend on the product to send and will be indicated in the purchase process. It is possible that for shipments to the Canary Islands or international, arising additional costs such as taxes of customs, volume and excessive weight, external taxes, etc. which are not reflected in the initial invoice. INJUSA will contact the customer to inform the additional amount to be paid and if you disagree, you will be offered a refund of the amount paid.
To make an order, the customer undertakes to sign leaf reception presented by the person making the delivery, which may include any observations it deems necessary. By reception sheet signing, the customer acknowledges receipt of the number of packages listed in the same. If the client observes damaged products or lack of products, must make a claim in service the customer by e-mail ([email protected]) or by postal mail at INJUSA, Avda/Azorín, 20 Ibi - Alicante (C.P. 03440), or by fax to (+ 34) 965 55 33 56 within a maximum period of three days.
All event as, for example, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or strike of transport delay, prevent or make that supply is exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a clause of suspension or termination of obligations of society unfair, without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event takes place more than 15 days. In these circumstances, it will exempt customer, automatically, their obligations concerning your order and complete.
INJUSA society inform the customer through any appropriate means and the same day on which the event occurs so that it can freely cancel orders through response by postal mail or e-mail once notified the event.
When the delivery of the goods the customer can not be made due to the latter, INJUSA reserves the possibility to charge costs of preparation of 15 euros (VAT included).
At holiday time, INJUSA undertakes to inform a week before the closure of its plants through the website. During the holiday season INJUSA will not manage the shipment of any order. If the customer is not satisfied with waiting time, you can do return the purchase within a period of one week from the return from vacation of INJUSA staff.


4 / Shipping company

Deliveries will be carried out by the company INJUSA determined during working hours.


5 / Warranty

The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee for hidden defects in the products sold. All our products are designed and manufactured with the utmost care. However, the warranty does not apply if failure or damage due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The buyer should consult the instructions and appropriate recommendations that are in the instructions for use provided with the product.


6 / Right to forward goods and period of retraction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without justification.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day you or a third party by you indicated, other than the carrier acquires the material possession of the goods;

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery and, in any case, within 14 days from the date in which INJUSA has received good and checked the perfect conditions of the returned product. We shall proceed to carry out the refund using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction; not you will incur in any expense as a result of the refund.

We can retain the refund until receipt of the goods, or until you have presented proof of the return of property, depending on which condition is met first.

without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days from the date they tell us their decision of withdrawal from the contract. Shall be deemed fulfilled the term if it carries out the return of the property until it is completed within 14 days.

Shall you bear the direct cost of return of property.

Only you will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that required to establish the nature, characteristics and performance of goods.
